Parent Meeting - Wednesday, March 6

Hello Scouts!!

 

Tomorrow, March 6th is the parent meeting 7pm at paularino. 

We will talk about pinewood derby, March pack meeting, and Midway.

 

See's Candy order forms are now in (again) 

If you have not received one and want to sell to offset costs for Midway, come pick up at the parent meeting, Or come by my house to get a form. 

ALL ORDERS are DUE by March 15th

in order to have the candy in time for Easter.

 

MIDWAY - A deposit of $20 (Non Refundable) PER PERSON

is due at the March 13th Pack meeting. We need to firm up who is going and who is not. The current list is below.

Pack 301 - Garage Sale - Saturday February 23

It's Garage Sale time

The proceeds from the garage sale will be divided up

among the families that participate

to offset the cost of the Midway campout.

When: Next Saturday the 23rd from 6:00am - 2:00pm

Where: Tom and Ruth's house on the corner of Paularino and Fairview

How can you participate?

1. Donate items for the sale.
2. Help sell the day of the sale.
3. Come at 2:00pm with an empty truck, van or car to take the left overs to the Goodwill.

Please help the Pack go by participating in one or more of the above listed ways.

We need about 4 people to pick up and take items to Goodwill.
I would like to do two hour shifts starting at 6:00am. Two people each shift.

Items can be dropped off at Tom's house at 6:00am Saturday morning or after 6:30pm the Friday night before. (Provided it isn't raining.) Please call Tom first at 714-925-5902.

Please email me, Susan, at lilyco@aol.com to volunteer or to let me know that you will be dropping items off.

Feeling crafty? It would be great if someone could make a big sign that says something like, Cub Scout Pack 301 would like to see the USS Midway? Please help us get there!

Den Meeting - Wednesday, January 30

Please be sure to join us for a Den meeting at Davis School - Library Office at 7:00 pm on January 30th. We will be working to finish our requirements to obtain our Wolf Badges by Blue and Gold next month! Don't forget to keep filling out your chore charts!

Pack Meeting - Wednesday, January 16th

Hi Wolf Families,

Our January Pack meeting is this Wednesday at Paulerino School at 6:45 pm. This week's meeting will be focused on the Tahquitz Campout, which is happening this coming weekend. We will be working on skits for Tahquitz and possibly have a craft. If you're planning on going to Tahquitz this weekend, and have yet to turn in your fees, you will need to do so at the pack meeting this Wednesday!

Dieter says that the forecast is calling for clear skies this weekend but currently there is snow on the ground. Hopefully, there will be sledding!!

Den Meeting - Wednesday, December 12, 2012

Hi Wolf Family,

Our Den Meeting will be this Wednesday, December 12 at 7:00 pm - Davis School.  As busy as it is, we head full steam into the Christmas season! We will have a fun craft for our little guys and had out their achievement beads toward their wolf badges for the work they've done so far!  Please bring the boy's handbooks so we know what sign offs need to be addressed. We'll have snacks for the Den Meeting so eat dinner accordingly!

For the Pack Meeting next week (December 19), we'll be caroling at Bethel Towers in Costa Mesa, so we'll be practicing our songs. I'll bring in some lyric sheets to hand out.

We'll also share information from last week's Parent Meeting.

Parent Meeting - Wednesday, December 5, 2012

 

Tomorrow, our December parent meeting will be held at Paulerino School at 7:00 pm. We will discuss the Christmas Caroling meeting this month, Tahquitz and the Midway fundraiser.

 

Also, registration fees and/or applications are due! If you have not submitted the necessary fees and paperwork, please do so at tomorrow night's meeting.
